Notice is hereby given that electronic proposals of Bid No.12501707 shall be received to Water Meter Radio Brackets & Vault Frames, per the attached terms, conditions and specifications. Bids will be electronically opened by the Procurement Office at 3:00 pm (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 viewable on the City's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov. The Water Resources Division is seeking a vendor to furnish and deliver water meter radio brackets and vault frames. Brackets and frames must conform to specifications (technical drawings) as provided. Responses to inquiries received will be posted online by Wednesday, March 19, 2025, 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Bid packages containing all forms, specifications, terms and conditions may be obtained on the City's e-Procurement Portal. All documents must be downloaded via the OpenGov links. The contractor shall furnish and deliver approximately: 300 water meter radio brackets of varying dimensions in year 1. 22 vault frames of varying dimensions in year 1. Future quantities: Approximately 25 brackets and 6 frames per year of varying sizes. Note: The City does not guarantee any specific usage amounts.
