Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chetek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Chetek will be accepting bid proposals for asphalt at Gotham Pioneer Park Sports Facility in the City of Chetek. The Sports Facility asphalt includes six (6) pickleball courts, a multi-purpose tennis court with two (2) youth basketball courts along with a 17 stall parking area. r Asphalt for City of Chetek Gotham Pioneer Park Sports Facility: - All excavation and proper grading and compaction with 1% or less slope on the courts will be completed prior to commencement of the asphalt. Finish fine grading to be done by the asphalt contractor. Please provide unit pricing for the following: Tennis / Basketball area: 8,784 sg. ft. Pickleball area: 13,303 sg. ft. Parking area: 8,263 sg. ft. Finish grade, water, and compact the base. Pave 3" asphalt in two 1.5" lifts. Tack coat between lifts. Saw cut 220' of the existing road edge. Paint lines and handicap for the parking lot. All Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball painting and striping to be done by others. the right to reject any and all bids, without cause, and accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City of Chetek.
