The City of Sedro-Woolley, Washington, is soliciting interest from consulting firms with expertise incivil engineering, surveying, right-of-way services, permitting including NEPA, construction management and other related professional services. Project scope includes30%, 60%, 90%, 100%PS&E for design of roadway/multi-modal facilities, street lighting, storm drainage, right-of-way acquisition, permitting, adherence to FHWA federal funding requirements, WSDOT and APWA design standards. The John Liner Road Arterial Improvements Project extends from Township Street(SR9) to Reed-treet. There is a 0% DBE Goal assigned to this project for design, 10% SBE voluntary goal.
