Olmsted Park Site Improvements and Structures The improvement consists of: Construction of site grading, storm water detention and treatments, concrete paving and sidewalks, asphalt parking lot paving and striping, underground utilities, general park amenities and improvements, trails, lighting, caretaker residence building, restroom building, signage, landscaping and plantings, miscellaneous structures and other associated park improvements as shown and described in the drawings, plans and specifications .Project includes federal funding and requires compliance with federal wage provisions and Build America, Buy America Act requirements. A mandatory apprenticeship program is also required. This project is subject to all applicable Prevailing Wage statutes and regulations.
