The City of Sedro-Woolley, Washington, is soliciting interest from consulting firms with expertise in civil engineering, surveying, right-of-way services, permitting including NEPA, construction management and other related professional services. Project scope includes30%, 60%, 90%, 100%PS&E for design of roadway/multi-modal facilities, street lighting, storm drainage, right-of-way acquisition, permitting, adherence to FHWA federal funding requirements, WSDOT and APWA design standards. The SR20 Cascade Trail Phase2A Project runs parallel to the north side of SR 20and extends from Hodgin Street to Holt camp Road. There is a 0% DBE Goal assigned to this project for design, 10% SBE voluntary goal. Each proposal will be reviewed and evaluated by personnel from the City of Sedro-Woolley and the most qualified candidate will be offered a negotiated hourly rate contract for design and the City reserves the right to retain the selected firm for any subsequent phases (RW, CN) associated with the project as required.
