Site work and new construction of a library in Sedro Woolley, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a library.
As of May 29, 2019, this project has not yet been awarded to a general contractor. An award is anticipated to be made next week. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and other incidentals for the construction of a new 11,225 S.F. one-story Type VP wood-framed fully sprinkled building and on-site improvements.
