2025 Curb and Curb Ramp Project Questions Due Date: Mar 13th 2025, 1:00 PM EDT Online Portal All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer via the "Messages/Vendor Discussions" feature in PennBid. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be by Addenda and posted within the PennBid Documents. Notifications of Addenda will be emailed to all parties recorded by Engineer as having downloaded the Bidding Documents. Questions received after the posted cut-off dat The Work to be completed under this contract includes the replacement of vertical/depressed concrete curb at multiple locations, replacement of curb ramps (including the DWS), replacement of sidewalk, and concrete testing within Montgomery Township. Designs for the curb ramps will not be provided. Curb ramps are to be field designed by the Contractor during construction . The Work shall be substantially complete within 90 calendar days and ready for final payment within 120 days after the notice to proceed is issued. The notice to proceed is anticipated within 60 days of the bid opening. No pre-bid conference is scheduled for this project
