This bid shall be awarded on an "All or None" basis. Work shall consist of purchasing and planting of approximately 40 to 75 trees on city property.2. All requests must be submitted in writing to the City Arborist at least two weeks prior to mandatory completion date. Failure to do so will be cause for forfeiting the balance of the contract. 6. Provide unit cost for installation. City to coordinate with selected Contractor on specific planting sites, species, quantities, and schedule.
