Copies are to be provided to Public Works Project Engineer. Contractor shall have a current City of Downey Business License. A copy of the current business license shall be provided to the Public Works Project Engineer. All work shall be per latest versions of the Building Codes and Fire Codes. All work to meet latest version of the ANSI Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators and ADA requirements. The contractor shall work with the City to schedule State required inspections.
