Renovation of a residential development in Harriman, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Summary of Work A. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: 1. Development TN055-01: (Harriman-Roane County) Remove existing shingles, underlayment, drip edge, ridge vent, all vent stack boots and exhaust/range hoods to the decking. Install new architectural style shingles, underlayment, ice shield, drip edge, ridge vent, stack boots and exhaust hoods for a complete finished product. 2. Development TN055-04: (Harriman-Roane County) Install gutter guards to existing gutters. 3. Development TN055-05: (Harriman-Roane County) Install gutter guards to existing gutters. 4. Development TN055-06: (Oakdale-Morgan County) Install gutter guards to existing gutters. Each prime bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a guaranty, or a surety company listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570.The Bid Bond and the Performance and Payment Bond must be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the state where the project is located and must be listed in U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
