General work description: Modify TMS and Changeable Message Sign Systems The Department of Transportation (Department) will receive quotes for Construction On State Highway In San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties on Route 5 at 0.8 Mile South of Roth Road Undercrossing and on Route 99 at 1.7 Miles South of Hammett Road Overcrossing. The Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. If your bid is over $461,000.00 it will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment Bonds and Insurance will be required at time of Award if your Company is low bidder and awarded the contract.
