Long Beach Water Management District (Owner) is requesting Proposals for: GRASS CUTTING SERVICES If you have any questions regarding website registration and online orders, please contact Plan House at 228-248-0181. No partial sets of specification manuals will be issued. No contract documents (hard copies or electronic copies) will be issued to Proposers within twenty-four (24) hours of the time indicated above for receiving Proposals. Proposals must be submitted upon the standard forms contained within these contract documents furnished by the Engineer for the Long Beach Water Management District . Submittals shall be in letter form in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope"Grass Cutting Services RFP" and shall be addressed to Bobby Long, Long Beach Water Management District at13334 Seaway Road, Suite 203, Gulfport, Mississippi 39503 or for those interested, proposals can be electronically submitted under the project page. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. Each Proposer shall write his Name and Address outside of the sealed envelope containing the proposal. If submitting electronically, please include this information on a cover page with your submission. Long Beach Water Management District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality. Proposals may be held by the Long Beach Water Management District for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of proposals for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating the qualifications of Proposer, prior to awarding of the contract.
