Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed Work includes the supply and installation of approximately 410 metres of various sizes of ductile iron water main, 380 metres of various size of sanitary sewer main, 430 metres of various sizes of storm sewer, and includes the reconnection of service laterals, roadway granulars, roadway reinstatement, asphalt concrete, curbs and gutters, a multi-use trail, and all related appurtenances. Deadline to Submit Questions: March 19, 2025 Only qualified Contractors will be considered for award of this Contract. In order to be considered qualified; the Contractor shall have been successfully pre-qualified under Prequalification No. P22-43, or refresher P23-53, Category "A" to submit a Proposal for the Work of this Contract. This opportunity has been posted to NBON as requested by subcontractors and suppliers so that they can be prepared should any qualified Contractors request their support.
