Project Description: This project consists of the purchase of three (3) Prefabricated Enclosed Composting Toilets Kits and all associated materials including enclosure and holding tank. Materials are to be furnished, delivered and supplied to the Township of Kingwood, Hunterdon County, New Jersey. All bids shall be addressed to: Township of Kingwood Clerk Jeffrey Jotz, RMC 599 Oak Grove Road Frenchtown NJ 08825 Upon receipt and opening of the bids, the Township reserves the right to hold the bids for up to a period of sixty (60) days thereafter before making the award. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive or permit the cure of any minor deficiency or irregularity in accordance with New Jersey law. In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A.10:5-33, Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. All Bidders are expected to comply with all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-1 et seq.) and all regulations promulgated in connection therewith by the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services. All Bidders are expected to comply with Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (the Act) (42 U.S.C.s12101 et.seq.)
