Progressive Design-Build Services for the Synthetic Fields, Tracks and Tennis Courts Upgrades Bundle 2 project. Tacoma Public Schools is planning to release an RFQ in early March 2025 for Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Services for the proposed Synthetic Fields, Tracks and Tennis Courts Upgrades Bundle 2 project. The alternate public works design-build contracting procedure authorized in RCW 39.10.300 through 39.10.330 will be utilized for the project. Qualified firms with previous PDB project delivery experience are encouraged to submit. This procurement will be for the Design-Build Contractor. The District intends to work with the selected Design-Build Contractor to select the design team. The estimated total budget for design and construction of this project is anticipated to be approximately $45,000,000. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
