The City of Bend (City) invites Sealed Bids for construction of the Bear Creek Road and 27th Avenue Improvements, No. 1GB27. The Project consists of roadway improvements at this intersection as well as the Bear Creek and Purcell intersection. The work includes temporary features and appurtenances, storm drainage, retaining walls, concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways and medians, asphalt roadway surfacing, pavement markings, traffic safety devices, traffic signal modifications, water supply system improvements, right-of-way and landscaping improvements, and miscellaneous items necessary to complete the Project.
