The City of Bend requests proposals for on-call Multi-Media Communication Services. Detailed information regarding the services to be provided is included in Exhibit A - Scope of Work. Proposers are not required to have expertise and experience in all the listed potential services. Proposal should clearly indicate which of the services proposer can provide. The City anticipates awarding up to three agreements under this request for proposals but may award more or less based on the needs of the City. There is no guarantee of work. The services to be provided are expected to include but are not limited to: o Creative development of multi-media campaigns to support and raise awareness of program efforts, including targeting specific outreach audiences o Research and develop campaign strategies and/or materials for a department or for individual program areas such as Water Conservation and Stormwater Management o Develop overarching messaging and supporting multi-media across multiple platforms o Digital media: organic social media (City of Bend channels), paid social media, web banners, e-mail newsletters o Videos for local TV and online platforms (YouTube, TikTok) o "How To" videos for social media o Billboards o Print: newspaper ads, brochures/flyers, posters o Schwag such as: magnet (with helpful tips), watering can (watering hours), etc. to hand out at events (Earth Day) o Press release for campaign launch and success stories o Op-eds in local newspapers o Community engagement for projects, programs or events, including potential target audiences such as: City Club, Building a Better Bend presentation, Leadership Bend (project), Neighborhood Districts, Homeowner associations, etc. o Event/workshop(s) on specific topics such as water conservation practices o Yard Signs or interpretive signs content and graphics
