Site work for a mixed-use development in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
3rd & Powers Traffic Signal Safety Improvement Project The project includes work to furnish and install a new traffic signal pole including illumination, mast arm, signs, and signal heads, install new pedestrian signal pedestal, removal of video detection and installation of radar detection, install new conduit and wiring, all necessary traffic control, all associated work and related appurtenances. Prequalification is a requirement. Bidders must be prequalified with City of Bend at the time the bids are opened. Prequalification process is administered by the Private Development Engineering Division through the CityView permit and licensing software and customer portal. New applications for the City of Bend prequalification must be received at least 10 business days before the bid deadline. The City of Bend reserves the right to: 1) reject any or all bids not in compliance with public bidding procedures, 2) to postpone award of the contact for a period not to exceed sixty days from the date of bid opening, 3) to waive informalities in the bids, and 4) to select the bid which appears to be in the interest of the City The Engineer's estimate is $207,000 to $253,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
