Town Road Improvement Program (TRI) project: 1. Gravel: Spohn Road, measuring 4435 feet by 20 feet wide: Apply one inch compacted 3/4 inch gravel, approximately 450 cubic yards, by May 31, 2025. 2. Seal Coat: Spohn Road: Double seal over gravel surface of 4435 feet by 20 feet wide, approximately 7500 gallons of PG 58-28 with 5% cutback, and approximately 250 tons of Limestone chips (washed) 3/8th inch in size, to be completed by August 31, 2025. Bids MUST be labeled as TRI BID on a sealed envelope. The Town of Whitestown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
