This is a pre-solicitation notice and not a request for proposal and as such, any additional information as to the size and/or scope of the project will not be available until the issuance of the solicitation. General Information The solicitation is anticipated to be issued around mid March 2025. A site visit is anticipated in late March 2025. The contract is anticipated to be awarded mid - April 2025. All dates are tentative and for planning purposes only. The resulting contract shall be a firm-fixed priced construction contract. The solicitation shall be a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal (RFP). The magnitude of construction is between $500,000-$1,000,000.
