Site work, outdoor lighting and remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Lodi, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
Providing a complete and working upgrade to the existing sports lighting system utilizing City-furnished lighting components including the removal of outdated poles, fixtures and electrical components; installation of new poles with pre-cast bases and support foundations, fixture installations and retrofits, control panel upgrades, wiring, and integration into the existing sports lighting system. After both parties have signed the contract, the Contractor agrees to commence work within 15 calendar days, and to complete the work within 60 days after delivery of lighting components . Upon submitting a bid, Contractor agrees that length of time of the contract is reasonable. No bid will be considered unless it is submitted on a proposal form furnished by the City of Lodi within the full set of contract documents. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the completion of such forms, and to award to the lowest responsible bidder. The prime contractor on this project shall possess a valid license under the designation(s): State of California, Class A or C-10 .
