Reference Number 0000378331 Contractor shall provide annual inspections and maintenance, unscheduled or emergency repairs, and any extra work as requested by the Town. Traffic signal maintenance services for Nine (9) traffic signals and One (1) Pedestrian Crossing Signal (HAWK+). Signal locations include: Traffic Signals Firestone BLVD and Arbor St./Jake Jabs BLVD Firestone BLVD and Birch St. Firestone BLVD and Cimarron St Firestone BLVD and Colorado BLVD Firestone BLVD and Oak Meadows BLVD Colorado BLVD and (King Soopers Entrance) Colorado BLVD and Booth Dr. Colorado BLVD and Sable Ave Colorado BLVD and Pine Cone CR 20 Pedestrian Crossing Signal (H.A.W.K) Colorado BLVD and Oak Meadows BLVD Future traffic and pedestrian signals shall be added to Contractor's schedule when known/completed. The Town will notify Contractor of signals to be added to the schedule. Each service cost shall include furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and personnel necessary to provide the services as described in the contract documents. All work shall be in accordance with the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) for Streets and Highways including the Colorado Supplement. Contractor shall respond to Afterhours and/or call outs including but not limited to the signalized intersections listed above. Including Pedestrian Crossing signals (HAWK), School Speed Awareness signage, School Zone Flashing Beacons, RRFBs, solar powered signs and perform installation inspections (Initial/Final) for engineering acceptance processes as requested.
