The City of Kingsland is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the repair and replacement of the exterior metal panels on the City of Kingsland Fleet Maintenance Shop, located at 595 S. Grove Boulevard, Kingsland, Georgia. This project will involve assessing the current condition of the building's exterior metal panels, removing and replacing damaged sections, and ensuring the structural integrity of the facility. The selected contractor shall be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Conduct a site inspection to assess the extent of damage to the external metal panels. 2. Remove and dispose of damaged or deteriorated metal panels in accordance with all applicable regulations. 3.
