Bus Stop Improvements Clearwater Largo Rd Question Deadline 05/07/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Email questions concerning this Bid to Kezia Southern, Procurement Analyst, to ksouthern@largo.com. The Project consists of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements to stops, replacement of street furniture at bus stops, and a new pad/shelter relocation for bus stops along Clearwater-Largo Road in Largo, Florida. Contractor will be responsible for coordinating any bus stop closures/temporary relocation with Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) during construction. Davis Bacon Act: This project is federally funded through the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). The project is subject to the Federal labor Standards under the Davis-Bacon and related Acts. The current Wage Determination for this type of project is provided in the Bidding Documents. If the United State Department of Labor issues a new Wage Determination before the first bid is received, an updated Wage Determination will be issued for this project and notification will be provided of the change. These are the minimum wage/fringe rates established for each category of employee working on this project Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
