Demolition and site work for a residential development in Dilliner, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Bid documents may be examined at K2 Engineering, Inc., 234 Pittsburgh Street, Uniontown, PA 15401, telephone: 724-439-3440 and the office of the Greene County Industrial Development Authority. Copies of Contract Documents and Plans may be obtained from K2 Engineering, Inc. for the nonrefundable fee payable to K2 Engineering, Inc. $25.00 per set. Requests for mailing will be honored with an additional fee of $25.00 cost for postage and handling. Contract #1: Greene County Parcel #16-11-110, Allison St. Dillner, PA 15327 Contract #2: Greene County Parcel #16-16-136, 316 Dora Village Main St. Greensboro, PA 15338 Contract #3: Greene County Parcel #16-12-140, 233 Main St. Dillner, PA 15327 Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bidders bond, or certified check or cashiers check, in favor of the Greene County CDBG Program, in the amount of not less than 10%. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in and to accept or reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Bidders attention is called to the Minority/Women Business Participation requirements contained in the Project Specifications. The CONTRACTOR must utilize, to the greatest extent feasible, minority and/or women owned business concerns. The County of Greene has established minimum level of participation of 5% MBE and for WBEs 3%. MBE-WBE utilization is based on Executive Orders 11625, 12138, and 12432, and the Service will comply with these orders by requiring for Recipients to submit this information to the Service, when applicable. Attention is called to all bidders that county of greene anticipates that it will award the bid on march 14, 2025. The contractor has until march 28, 2025 to complete the demolition work
