Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Brief Description: The scope of the project consists of renovations to an existing Linear Accelerator Vault for a new Linear Accelerator (Lin Acc). Work includes demolition of a portion of the concrete slab for a new base plate and underground utilities for the new Lin Acc. Additional structurally supported lead shielding is required. New finishes in the areas of work including new casework and patching painting existing construction to remain. MEP Work includes a new exterior, pad mounted AHU to serve the existing Linear Accelerator Vault, new Power Conditioner and Changeover Manifold for the new Lin Acc equipment.
