The City of Hibbing, Minnesota is seeking proposals from qualified interested parties to provide Construction Management at Risk services for a historical window replacement and masonry restoration project at the Hibbing City Hall. The City of Hibbing intends to retain a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) firm to assist the City of Hibbing with cost evaluation, budget development, schedule development, constructability review and sequencing of work for the efficient and proper allocation of available funds while maintaining City of Hibbing services at City Hall. The CMaR will be part of an integrated team to assure the scope of the project work and the goals of the City are properly aligned through the design and construction phases.
