Description of Work: Complete remodel and reconfiguration of the interior of a single family home. Engineer's Estimate: $136,234. Demolition and Site Work - Remove portions of existing building walls, floors, ceilings, and other components as indicated on Drawings and in Contract Document, and as required to perform new work. Seed lawn areas distributed by construction activities. Dispose of alltrash generated during construction. Concrete, Masonry, and Metals - Construct footings as indicated on Drawings and in Contract Document. Repair stone masonry foundations as necessary to support new structure. Provide and install steel jack post columns as indicated on Drawings and in Contract Document. Wood Framing - Construct walls, beams, posts, sleepers, stairs, floor sheathing/underlayment, and other framing as indicated on Drawings and in Contract Document. Wood Fabrications - Provide and install handrails, wall base, cap board, and other trim as indicated on Drawings and in Contract Document. Casework - Provide and install bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, countertops, closet shelves, and coat rods as indicated on Drawings and in Contract Document Ceilings, Walls, and Sealants - Provide and install vapor, joint sealants, and gypsum board, and batt insulation as indicated on Drawings and in Contract Document. Install siding to match existing, where exterior wall is in-filled due to removal of existing door. Openings - Provide and install doors, hardware, and windows as indicated on Drawings and in Contract Document. Flooring - Provide and install carpet and LVT flooring as indicated on Drawings and in Contract Document. Interior Painting - Paint new and existing walls, ceilings, frames, wood fabrications, and trim as indicated on Drawings and in Contract Document. Specialties - Provide and install shower curtain rod and curtain, mirrored medicine cabinet, and fire extinguisher as indicated on Drawings and in Contract Document
