Provide all materials, equipment, tools and supplies and perform all labor required to provide complete construction of the Project. The work to be done consists of new construction for a common development which will include approximately 5,287 L.F. of curb and gutter section road, associated storm drainage, sewer and water and striping as per the construction documents provided. The work shall be installed as specified herein and all incidental work required for a complete and functional installation. All work shall be installed per the Construction Documents, Supplemental Specifications, and the City of Hawkinsville Specifications (Current Edition). Erosion control shall comply with Georgia EPD requirements. Bonds: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. License: The Bidder shall hold a current Contractor's License issued by the Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board.
