The Real Estate Department (RED) is soliciting requests for proposal for construction services for the development of a new parking lot to be located at 1801 Las Lomas NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. The Real Estate Department (RED) is soliciting requests for proposal for construction services for the development of a new parking lot to be located at 1801 Las Lomas NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. The work is described below in this Request for Proposal ("RFP") and per the design drawings provided in Exhibit A. The award will be to a single Contractor. Respondents are encouraged to submit proposals they feel deliver the best value for this project. Base Bid: Detailed Scope of Work: Construct a new parking lot for 26 parking spaces with no accessible parking spaces. 1. The work requires subgrade preparation, aggregate base course placement and asphalt base course, concrete, and concrete curb. 2. Storm water management ponds per design drawing to effect desired drainage plan 3. Utilities and utility service lines shall be installed prior to paving 4. Traffic control, signs, barricades and parking bumpers per design drawing. 5. Chain link Fencing along east side of property 6. Light pole 7. Demo existing brick sidewalk on Las Lomas and install new concrete. 8. Site will be graded per attached Exhibit B demo grading plan. Question Deadline 03/12/2025 at 2:00 PM MT
