Request for Qualifications (RFQ) - City of Ogallala BRIC Grant Application. Project Background/Description: The City of Ogallala is seeking qualifications from firms to provide design and construction engineering services for Flood Protection for Ogallala and surrounding areas. The scope of work for this project shall be for Engineering Services for developing a BRIC Grant Application, which includes an Engineering Evaluation, Design and Construction Services. Qualification Based Selection Criteria: The City of Ogallala will utilize a qualifications-based selection process for this project. The evaluation criteria shall consist of a letter of interest for this project with outlining your team's unique capabilities and technical competence to successfully complete this project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
