New construction consists of a free-standing steel canopy with masonry wrapped columns, metal roof panels, lighting, and new site improvements consisting of a concrete walks, stone retaining wall, flagpole, accent lighting, metal guards and railing, and concrete steps Work includes, but not limited to selective demolition, concrete forming and accessories, concrete reinforcing, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, cast stone masonry, structural steel framing, steel decking, cold-formed metal trusses, metal fabrications, pipe and tube railings, sheathing, polymerbased exterior insulated finish system, standing seam metal roof panels, soffit panels, thermoplastic-polyolefin (TPO) roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants, nonstructural metal framing, exterior painting, dimensional letter signage, ground-set flagpoles, site clearing, earth moving, termite control, and turf and grasses Architect estimate is $350,000 - $400,000. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than 5% of the bid. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the bid opening The successful bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond in an amount equal to at least One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price.
