The work according to Specifications and Contract Documents on file in the office of the Owner, the improvements hereinafter described. The material is for the City of Red Bay, Alabama - Hoyt Keeton Walking Trail Storm Drainage Project - Contract "B" (Material Only) - CWSRF Project NO. SW000066-01. The principal items of work are detailed herein below: Contract B 1. Furnish 320" LF of 60" Diameter HP Storm Pipe and Misc HP Pipe Size. 2. Furnish Storm Inlet Boxes. 3. Furnish Storm Catch Basins. 4. Furnish End Treatment for a 60" Diameter HP Pipe. The Contract may be awarded to the lowest and responsive Bidder. The contractor shall note that funds for this project are provided through CWSRF (Clean Water State Revolving Funds). All Applicable Federal Guidelines must be met. There will be no Pre-Bid meeting. No bid may be withdrawn after the time for opening bids has passed. The Owner reserves the right to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of receiving the Bids.
