This project consists of improvements to the Cheney Ball Field Sport Courts including a new asphalt overlay over the existing sport court surface, application of new painted tennis lines, installation of new net posts and nets, replacement of the top rail and chain link fabric of the perimeter fence, and the construction of new ADA-compliant gates and asphalt entrance walkway. All work must be complete by June 30, 2025. The CITY OF SOUTH BEND is releasing a Small Works Project. As a Contractor on the MRSC Small Works Roster under the Roads-Asphalt, Parks-Sport Courts, and Facilities-Parking Lots and Paving categories, you are invited to submit a bid on this Project. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $98,000. Bidders must be registered on the MRSC Small Works Roster to be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. A proposal bond is not required.
