The purpose of thisCall for Bids is for the procurement of specialty and mixed asphalt products for use by Pacific County beginning June 25, 2025 through April 30, 2026. In accordance with RCW 36.32.256, the County reserves the right to award the bid to more than one vendor, per item, when hauling distance is a factor in procurement prices. A purchasing contract, or a series of contracts, including the required Pacific County contract clauses (available on request), will be entered into for purchases totaling over $25,000 per year.
