Bid on Emulsion, Crushed Rock, Bituminous Concrete Material and Milling/ Reclaiming of Bituminous Surfaces Bid on Emulsion, Crushed Rock, Bituminous Concrete Material, and Milling/Reclaiming of Bituminous Surfaces Purchase of: 1.43,100 tons, more or less, of bituminous concrete for 2025. (This material will be used at various times in various quantities throughout 2025 at the direction of the Highway Department). NOTE: LRIP Funds may be used to purchase material and services for this year's projects. 1.260,000 gallons, more or less, CRS-2P, CRS-2, CSS-1 H and CSS-1 Hd50 Emulsions. 1. Crushed Rock Materials for a period of one year. 1. No milling, pulverizing or stabilization anticipated for 2025. The Public Works and Infrastructure Committee reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to accept such bids that they deem to be most advantageous for La Crosse County. All bidders must bid on proposal forms furnished by the Highway Department. All other bids will be rejected. Envelopes must be sealed and the outside clearly marked: "BID ON EMULSION" - "BID ON CRUSHED ROCK" - "BID ON MILLING/RECLAIMING" OR "BID ON BITUMINOUS CONCRETE".
