The work consists of the purchase of approximately 31,100 tons of bituminous concrete for 2026, to be used at various times and in various quantities throughout the year at the direction of the Highway Department; the purchase of approximately 230,000 gallons of CRS-2P emulsion, 5,000 gallons of CSS1H, CRS-2, and CSS-1 Hd50 Emulsions; the purchase of crushed rock materials for a period of one year; and approximately 4.9 miles of pulverizing anticipated for 2026. All bidders must submit bids on proposal forms furnished by the Highway Department. No electronic submittals are accepted. Envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked with the relevant bid item: "BID ON EMULSION," “BID ON CRUSHED ROCK,” "BID ON MILLING/RECLAIMING," or "BID ON BITUMINOUS CONCRETE." Bids not using the provided forms will be rejected.
