The Public Works and Infrastructure Committee of the La Crosse County Board of Supervisors is accepting sealed bids for culvert material. All material must meet the latest WisDOT 2025 standard specifications. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked on the outside as “Culvert Material Bid.” La Crosse County reserves the right to reject all bids or accept whichever bid, or any portion of whichever bid, the Highway Commissioner deems to be in the best interest of the County, and to waive any bidding technicality and/or irregularity. The County also reserves the right to reject any material deemed not suitable. All bidders must use the proposal form furnished by the Highway Department; all other bids will be rejected. No electronic submittals will be accepted.
