Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Infrastructure Support for Broadcasting, Plaster Stadium The project consists of upgrading the power infrastructure and related components for the broadcasting and instant replay system at Plaster Stadium. Scope includes renovations to the existing press box, replacing damaged finishes, and adding a new IT closet. A new mechanical unit will serve the IT room, with an add alternate for new roofing. The west parking lot of Plaster Stadium will accommodate broadcasting trucks during games. Additional modifications will extend audiovisual conduit and city power to the southwest corner of Parking Lot 4. Sidewalk and fencing upgrades are included, along with an alternate option for a concrete screen wall with signage. Another alternate proposes extending city power from Normal Street to South Carrington Avenue With each proposal, a certified check or bid bond properly executed by the bidder in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted.
