Renovation of a municipal facility in Hastings, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Dakota County is seeking quotes for replacement of the main entry doors at the Administration Center in Hastings The following is a list of material the contractor will need to provide for this work. It is not a complete list of materials but covers most of the larger items needed: DU Aluminum frame and doors for 3080 opening. Doors to have midrail to support panic device, ept-10 preps, concealed vert rod preps, 4040xp eda, ept-10 DU (2), VD9947 Concealed Vert Rod w/ QEL motor and rex. Install (less bottom rod) (Item No.: Door Frame). LOCATION: Dakota County Administration Center (1590 Hwy 55, Hastings, MN 55033). Contract is awarded. March 25, 2025 Work can begin April 1, 2025 Work must be completed July 1st, 2025 In submitting this Quotation, it is understood that Dakota County reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Quotation received and to accept any alternate (if applicable) in any order or combination.
