Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lacey, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This contract provides for street reconstruction and storm drainage installation on one (1) street. The proposed work includes roadway removal, minor reconstruction, adjustment of utility appurtenances, concrete valley gutter, striping, storm drainage improvements, and other work. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for five percent of the amount of the proposal made payable to the City Treasurer, or an approved bid bond for five percent of the amount of the proposal executed on the approved form attached to these specifications.
