Site work for a water / sewer project in Lacey, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This contract provides for removal of approximately 11,000 board-feet of trees, installation of approximately 380' of new water main, installation of approximately 325' of sanitary sewer main, removal/abandonment of an existing sanitary sewer main, sanitary bypass pumping, and site restoration efforts. This project is entirely located outside of City Right-of-Way on private properties. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for five percent of the amount of the proposal made payable to the City Treasurer, or an approved bid bond for five percent of the amount of the proposal executed on the approved form attached to these specifications. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities.
