Substantial completion is completion of all mainline and services replacement; however, final site restoration, or other minor workmanship as approved by the Customer shall be completed within 240 days of NTP. o Contractor supplies traffic control plan o Spill prevention plan and materials onsite o %-in double services may be installed on 1" laterals (per allowance for existing services in standard drawing 5B) o Construction limited to 7am to 7pm, M-F unless otherwise approved. o Replacement activities at or impacting the intersection of Ranger Drive SE and 5th Ave SE shall be completed prior to September 8th, 2025 (first day of School at Lydia Hawk Elementary). Replacement activities at or impacting Wildcat Street SE between Cougar Street SE and Huskey Way SE shall not begin prior to September 8th , 2025 in order to maintain access to Tanglewilde Recreation Center pool. o Service outages to be minimized; require 7 calendar day's notice, duration cannot exceed 8 hours without provision of temp service (at contractor's expense). o Coordination for work on 12'' DI main from reservoir (corner of Ranger DR SE & 5th Ave SE), advance notice for activation of City of Lacey intertie. o Existing utilities of record are shown on the Plans. These are shown for convenience only, and the Engineer assumes no responsibility for improper locations or failure to show utility locations on the Plans. o Contractor responsible for adhering to permit requirements, including requesting permit issue, inspections, and closeout of ROW permit. o No allowance made for cold patch; contractor to include cost for cold patch in other line items as deemed necessary.
