Renovation of a residential development in Lacey, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,900-square-foot residential development.
As of October 09, 2025, the project was awarded to Washington Roofing Solutions LLC, with an awarded amount of $160,875.05. This contract provides for complete removal of the existing 3900 SF cedar shake roof system, including all felts and flashings, inspection of supporting framing, removal and replacement of supporting framing as applicable, and installation of new cedar shake roofing system on the historic Jacob Smith House at 4500 Intelco Loop SE, Lacey, WA 98503, including underlayment, flashings, vents, and all other accessories. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The range for this project is $120,000 to $150,000.
