Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lacey, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This contract provides for the removal of existing trees, including their stumps and root systems, and the installation of a city-approved replacement street tree. It further includes the restoration of topsoil to grade, as well as the removal and reconstruction of sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, driveway entrances, and any additional work as specified in the project plans. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for five percent of the amount of the proposal made payable to the City Treasurer, or an approved bid bond for five percent of the amount of the proposal executed on the approved form attached to these specifications. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The range for this project is $1,700,000 to $1,900,000. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities.
