This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Canandaigua, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about March 18th, 2025 for RENOVATE BUILDING 36 at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A5-20-508 The project is a complete interior renovation of a portion of the building 36 first-floor interior, including minor room reconfiguration, finish replacement and mechanical systems. The project also includes a site component to add parking. Once renovated the building will serve as a swing space, with the VA police as the first occupant. Contractor is to provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, to complete the project as identified on the detailed contract documents. In addition to the work identified on the building renovation project documents, the project includes replacement of a security server, as detailed in separate specifications. The total project duration for this project is not to exceed 240 days. This includes all processes starting with submission and approval of all submittals and ending with final punch list completion. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $45.0 M. The cost range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation and is estimated to be on or about 4/1/2025. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid.
