As of November 14, 2025 Project has been awarded to Webber Infrastracture Management Inc awarded amount is $157,175 Peak Road Bridge B-scop This Project Will Include Repairs to Peak Road Over Angelico Branch Bridge #524195. The Scope of This Project Will Be to Remove and Replace the Superstructure Beams and Deck and Repair Timbers on the North Abutment and Replace the South Abutment Entirely. Completion Date for This Project Will Be 120 Days From the Date of the Notice to Proceed Presented to the Successful Bidder. Liquidated Damages for Failure to Complete Project on the Specified Date Will Be Set at $1,000.00 Per Day. and Will Be Presented to the Board on _the 21st Day of October 2025 at 9:00 Am (Cdt) The Holmes County Board of Commissioners Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. All Bids Shall Remain Firm for a Period of Sixty Days After the Opening. All Bidders Shall Comply With All Applicable State and Local Laws Concerning Licensing Registration and Regulation of Contractors Doing Business to the State of Florida. Question Deadline 10/13/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
