Removal and disposal of all debris from installation of damaged guardrail will be the responsibility of the Contractor. Mobilization and Maintenance of Traffic are incidental to the pay items listed in the contract. For all questions posted before the deadline, FDOT will provide and post responses on online. A Proposal Guaranty will not be required on indefinite quantity contracts, such as work document driven contracts, with a Departments advertised estimate amount of $150,000 or less regardless of the bid amount. A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects. All work is to be done in accordance with the Plans, special Provisions of the State of Florida Department of Transportation.
