Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) IDIQ 2025 - Arnold AFB, TN. Please see full solicitation and attachments for full details. Project Title: SABER IDIQ 2025 - Arnold AFB, TN Project Location: Arnold AFB, TN Project Title: SABER IDIQ 2025 - Arnold AFB Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) - This is a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for general construction requirements (NAICS 236220) for Arnold AFB, TN. - This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. - Funding will be cited at the Task Order level. The guaranteed minimum for the life of the contract is $4,500.00. This amount will be fulfilled by issuance of a not to exceed task order for the purpose of attending a pre-performance conference at Arnold AFB, TN, which will be executed in conjunction with the award of the basic contract. The maximum ceiling amount for the life of the contract shall not exceed $15,000,000.00. - The period of performance will be a One (1) year base period and Four (4) one-year Option periods. - An organized site visit will be held in accordance with FAR 52.236-27, See Attachment 15 for details. - - The Government has selected the (eGordian) Job Order Contracting ("JOC") System for this SABER requirement. The eGordian JOC Solution includes Gordian's proprietary JOC System Software, JOC applications (JOC Applications) and construction cost data (Construction Task Catalog(R)), which shall be used by the Contractor solely for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this Contract, including preparation and submission of Task Order Proposals, subcontractor lists, and other requirements specified by the Government. The contractor shall be required to execute a system license and fee agreement direct with Gordian following award of this contract. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining this license throughout the life of the contract.
