(ECMS) was retained by Gienapp Architects, LLC to conduct a limited assessment of the Gloucester High School – Auto Shop located in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The purpose of the assessment was to identify, sample, and assess the condition of materials suspected to be asbestos-containing (ACM), materials coated with Lead Based Paint (LBP), and Miscellaneous Hazardous Materials within areas that will be affected by the proposed renovation project. This assessment report presents results for ACM, LBP and Miscellaneous Hazardous Materials. Section 3.0 discusses all aspects of the asbestos phase of the assessment including assessment methodologies, findings and recommendations. Section 4.0 similarly discusses all aspects of the lead-based paint assessment and Section 5.0 discusses all aspects of the Miscellaneous Hazardous Materials inspection.
